The chamomile we offer is grown in the sandy loam of the Nile River Delta, where the plants benefit from nutrients brought in by the river. When ready, the flower heads are plucked and dried in the sun, ensuring the highest quality.
What we’re doing:
- 1 heaping tablespoon (about 3 grams) of Chamomile per 6-8 oz serving
- Heat fresh water to 212ºF (boil)
- Steep 5-7 minutes
