Add 1 heaping teaspoon  (approx. 3 grams) of tea  to tea pot or tea press for each 6–8 ounce serving. Tea Leaf

Fill brewing vessel 1/4-1/2 full with tea. 

Heat water to the correct temperature. Fresh spring or well water is most preferable. Pour over tea leaves.

Steep for the appropriate amount of time based on the type of tea and desired strength.  Clock Steep 10–15 seconds and pour off. Resteep as desired, adding 5–10 seconds for each additional  infusion.
