As the name suggests, the leaves of this autumn flush oolong from Gopaldhara Estate are a rich reddish-brown, reminiscent of fall foliage. With its warm and biscuity medium body, it's the perfect accompaniment to sweater weather. That said, lemony citrus top notes and a balanced, quenching astringency make this a tea for all seasons.
What we're doing:

- Heat fresh water to 185º-193ºF
- Steep 2-4 minutes
