Like green teas, Green Rooibos isn't oxidized at all. As a result, the infusion is a bit lighter in character and slightly less sweet than red rooibos. However, Green Rooibos is known to have a greater amount of antioxidants, and has been used to relieve headaches, digestive upsets, and other minor ailments.
What we're doing:
- 1 heaping teaspoon (about 3 grams) of Organic Green Rooibos per 6-8 oz serving
- Heat fresh water to 212ºF (boil)
- Steep 5-7 minutes
